Don Dunning
Since 1979, Don has been a full-time Realtor® specializing in the San Francisco/East Bay area, in particular, Oakland, Piedmont, Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito, Emeryville and San Leandro. He is also an hourly consultant, expert witness and real estate columnist covering real estate matters.
He is a member of numerous professional organizations and Realtor® networks throughout the United States and Canada.
– 2004 President of the Oakland Association of Realtors® (OAR) and 2005 OAR Realtor of the Year.
– Past President of the OAR Multiple Listing Service and is Past Chairman of East Bay Regional Data Inc., the regional MLS
– Senior member of the OAR Professional Standards Committee.
– Former member of the California Association of Realtors® MLS/Computer and Business Technology Committee, Professional Standards Committee and Realtor® Risk Management and Consumer Protection Forum
– Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB) (fewer than 2% of Realtors® nationwide hold these dual designations).
– Also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
